OK, so my turn signals are intermittently not working. hazards work etc. do an AW search and find the following link. p/n in post and everything. HOWEVER, HOW TH HECK do you get that damn trim piece off wihtout damaging the trim? Also, is it necessary to removed the head unit to do all this or just happens to be removed in the pic.

https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/1783172.phtml</a

Default Radio stays in. Use a few credit cards to pop it out. You will break some of the clips.

Just use some JB Weld to refasten them (as long as you catch them when they fall/fly).

Default I used a putty knife and it came out fine, no broken tabs.

Just be sure to do a little on each side at a time. Don't use a screwdriver; you'll crack the plastic.

Default You don't need to remove the stereo, the trim piece around the Hazard...

...button pull straight out (pulling towards the rear of the car). The tough part is getting a good grip on it. You'll more than likely brake a few tabs, but it won't be anything serious.
