Now that you know it won't be too much trouble
You can raise the ride height w/coil-overs in less than an hour. I raised mine for the winter by counting turns of the adjustment nuts.
If your inspection is annual, you could get it done in the winter.. while you have the ride height raised for the season.
balloonknot, I live about 20 minutes from virginia beach and haven't been out there in years. THey've made going out there too much of a pain in the a$$.
