Update : 1200 PSI blast of Hot water and Soap to clean the carpet..
Pulled it out and used a pressure washer..
Stoped when brown water stoped oozigng back out.

you pulled out the whole carpet? wow. i use a "steam" cleaner every spring and fall
the bissell little green is a POS.
i put hotwater and carpet cleaner in a spray bottle, go to town, then wet vac it. works better and cheaper than bissell which always clogs, needs special heads to get in tight and is a glorified version of what i use.
anyone want to buy my bissell? :-)

I tried a normal steam cleaner before.. spent a few hours cleaning..
then decided to pull it out and blast it..
you would be amazed of how much dirt you missed
