Default Lets see...

18010 - Normal. From disconnecting the ECU or battery

18057 - The ECU is expecting a Tiptronic transmission. Guessing the allroad ECU was from a tiptronic?

16487 - You might have a bad MAF. What are your peak MAF values from Block 003?

16684-16686 - Car had some misfires. I'd clear the codes and see if these return.

17965 - Your car overboosted. If you have aftermarktet DVs, they could be sticking shut and not relieving pressure during shifts. Try regreasing them.

All of the codes are intermittent, so it would probably be a good idea to clear them and see which ones return.

Default 18057 - Powertrain Data Bus: Missing Message from ABS Controller

How does that mean Tiptronic?

I thought it meant ABS.

Default The 6-speed is all mechanical. Tiptronic has a data bus.

Pretty sure I've seen posts about that code being related to tiptronic ECUs in manual tranmission cars.
