This is someone pretending to be someone. Mr. Mental is not a real person I think.
the post, if you read it, is hilarious, who even talks like this today in america..maybe it is someone just having fun wreaking havoc on AW...like docslow, or whoever somoene thought it was...I think mr. mental may be an alter ego of another poster here.

Alex lives in an area to gets snow from November through April. The car has snowtires and stock brakes....
