They replaced my TB and it actually has made the issue worse. Now my car can be cold and I can creep a few feet in 1st and go back to neutral and it shudders. And it still continues to do the other items in the previous post. The only time it will not do it is when the clutch pedal is left pressed it while in neutral after some experimentation.

I took the car back to the dealer on Friday and because the "computer" says there's nothing wrong they can't do anything. Why are they so hell bent on listening to a damn computer? The guy who worked on my car has witnessed the issue yet because the computer says so they can't do anything. The only thing that the dealer could tell me was it might be carbon build-up and and to run some kinda cleaner(even though the dealer has already gone down this avenue). Sorry for the rant, anyone have any suggestions about how to move forward with this or any possible solutions?
