It's a 4000, sounds like a highly modified I5 20v turbo motor...
in a very light, stripped, caged 4000. There are some folks pushing some serious numbers from 2.2-2.3 20v turbo motors, 455whp for this car: <a href="http://www.80tq.com/20vtMotor.html">Javad's 80tq</a>
I have just begun my journey with my 20vt swap. In comparison my untuned measily 244whp 2.2 20vt 90q is just the beginning:

I have video of a 9 second I5 20vt CQ, some 800bhp, the in car video is pretty wild!

Hadn't seen this video yet...
but any fan of the old Audi inline 5 motors should love to hear this sound:

Loads of top end on that car, lesser bottom end, but once that rather large T3/T4E turbo spools that little 80q is moving.
