Used ECU for sale
Anyone have a used chip for sale, preferrably either ASP or APR. I have a 2000 S4 so I need an A-box ecu. Been searching the classifieds for a while and didn't find anything interesting so I thought i'd post something

thanks for the link. That is alot more than i was looking to spend, so I made an offer of $650, but I am leaning towards ASP just b/c from what I've heard, it is just a GIAC chip that is customized to have a smooth power band through the whole rpm range, as opposed to GIAC chip's being weak down low and have neck snapping power up top. Any other inputs people have would be great. I have STF but have found such mixed reviews its hard to make an ubiased decision

I came across it in a thread about a week or two ago when I did a search for ASP chips, prolly the guy didn't know what he was talking about if it is incorrect. So is it a totally customized chip or what?
I'm just trying to stay away from GIAC b/c I have heard so many storys about people w/ GIAC chips that blow a stock turbo (yes I know there are many other factors that equate into blowing a turbo), i'm just generalizing what i've read when i searched the forums

Give us a call, we have very good code for your A Box, we have switching
capability as well. You can have stock, 91, 93, valet and antitheft modes and use a generic OBD cable to switch profiles.

are both of them a-box?? i've tried searching for and a-box on ebay for the past week and the only one i've had an success finding is a giac chip t-box. info or link would be great

Mark......I called about a week ago...
Talked to a fellow, cant remember his name, but told me that I was looking at your website that was about 5 years old, shows you how much of a noob i am that i didn't even know you guys had a new website. I'm very pleased w/ the Tru-dual and TSB i got from you guys, so I wanted to continue using ASP for my chip and DP's, and in the far far future the GT28RS turbos, but i am a college student on a budget.
I almost have enough cash saved up and I was looking for 93 octane and stock mode setting (if you guys offer that), I don't really plan on tracking my car right now so 100 program doesnt make much sense. The guy i talked to basically told me to look at ur website for the info (not the response i was expecting), but i looked anyways and was hoping to find a dyno chart of some sort of info but all it says it the bar of boost and rev limit. Should I call and talk to you or do you prefer to keep in contact through email, just let me know
