What do you think is the fair amount to pay for a USED S4 with 6K miles. I am looking at a Black on Black six speed w/ convenience and Bose...Dealer is asking $37K...Your input would be graetly appreciated.

Does it have the cold weather package too? Get the VIN number of that thing and check it Carfax.com
I'm paying 40,500 for a car with those options (well if that car has cold weather) from bellavia audi. That sounds like a decent deal though.
Make sure that car hasn't had some huge engine work or anything done to it though, you don't want a thrashed car...
