Default Go to his install guide for the adjustment directions (more)

dealer put mine in and it was to far tilted to the right. Shift Plate Cover pops off easily. Unscrew the ****, lift off the cover plate, unbolt the 10mm sound deadening plate, remove it and you'll see the 2 6mm hex screws you need to loosen to adjust. Loosen them only enough to move the shifter. Took me 5-10 minutes to completely fine tune to my liking - and I'm WAY ****.

Default I'm going to be trying out TG

I've driven Tanoga, I liked the notchiness of the tanoga actually. The strat is a good shifter, great construction etc. But I just want something that's a little smoother, throws don't have to be as short. The nice thing about it is the fact that it sits at stock height. I could swear the tanoga was a little lower. Anyways...just my observations.
