Default VAG COM "Dyno" (Block 120/122 problems and questions)...

I used my friend's VAG COM to run a block 120 "dyno" on my car. My top HP was 221, which I figured might be right since the dealership wants to replace my turbos and MAF next week (definitly could account for a 30 HP drop from stock). Then I did a block 122 run with another friend's 2000 GTI VR6. He has cams, exhaust, and a cold air intake but only logged 161 as a top HP (13 horses less than stock). Just didn't seem right. I used (1 N-m = 0.737562 lbf-ft) and (power = [[torque in lbf-ft * RPM] / 5252]), are both of these equations correct? Did I miss something? I know these aren't the most accurate, but it seems to be off very dramatically. Thanks for your help.

Default Formulas are correct...

You are logging off stock chip right? MAF is one of the sensors used to calculate torque. Perhaps the MAF sensor went out. Any other DTCs?
