You just made me think of something...If you have a 2001.5 w/ESP button do you need to enable ESP?

Default Do this:
To enable ESP with the VAG:
Engine --> Recode with value 06711

To enable cruise control:
Engine --> Login 11463

Default Quick question
Is the ESP code the same for a 2K2 Tip?

I have 06751 in my SOFT CODING. And my car is running terrible.

06711 kept giving me "Bad ECU program" errors.

So, could this be the source of my problem (swapped GIAC out for NEW (unused) stock during trip to dealer, did reprog stock ECU for ESP/CC, got car back, put GIAC ECU back in, car runs like ****).
