This valve sodium or non sodium filled?
and what will happen if i have one head with sodium and another with these valves?

Well they may be, looks like PureMS has the same part for the same price . . .

That is the correct sodium filled valve for all VAG 5-valve turbo heads (including S4).
The stainless exhaust valve that isn't sodium filled is the "M" revision (sodium is "E"). Do not mix and match the valves and do not use the "M" version in your turbo engine.

if that is in fact the correct PN, then you should be OK
exhaust valves =
058 109 611 E (S4, 1.8T)
058 109 611 M (2.8)
IF that is the case, that is an excellent price for new NA valves.
