VAST stage 3 vs. C6 Z06 supercharged on meth injection...

We're really just saying the same thing but in different terminology. The O2 conentration is the....
same no matter where you are, but the density of the O2 (or the air for that matter) is not.

The driver's skill level makes a huge difference when launching a car like that....
there are only a couple of instances in which a stock Z06 has hit 10's, and NONE of them have come even close at 4000 feet elevation.
And BTW my car is running a very aggressive 94 oct map :P haha

you've never been in High Elevation have you?
at least not driven and seen the differences of cars performance.
At German Invasion last year.....with a Density Altitude of 6000 feet, Stage 3 S4's and tuned 335's lost about 4-6 mph off teir normal trapspeeds. In comparison....."Supercharged" cars lost anywhere from 10-15 MPH off ther normals traps. An SL55 AMG (normally traps 115-117) trapped 103-105 MPH allday. SC M3's that normally trapped 114-117 MPH were trapping 105. Turbos can make up for the "lost" power much better tan Supercharged cars. Add to that driver launch and skill.......Jerbel's runs make SENSE 100%
