The name of the street is glenoaks blvd.
It extends north of Brand Ave in Glendale to the Burbank area. Be very carefull though, lots of cops and they know what goes on. I watched a cop pull over a WRX on the opposite side of the street and as he was pulling him over a dumb *** new cobra was racing a 5 series BMW right past him. The cop dropped the WRX and went after them. I think there is a scene in 'fast and the gayness' movie that was filmed on Glenoaks BLVD. Just Exit the 134 @ Brand and go north, you will hit it.
