Default Very weird problem... RS4 clutch issue I'm assuming.

This has happened to me twice so far. Once was a very spirited run in 4th gear. As I switch gears into 5th, I notice my clutch pedal would not release right away. It remained pushed down and I had to help it up with my foot. The other time was a shift from 3rd to 4th when again the clutch pedal seemed to be stuck in position. WTF? Throw out bearing? This has only happened when I am pushing the car say in a 60-100 situation.

Clutch is 4,000 miles young and the VAST LWFW is the same. I took the car back 100 or so miles after the initial installation because the SAC was out of adjustment. I hope that short period wasn't enough to screw the clutch up. Any ideas?
