Finally got the vogtland coilovers installed. Back was great, easy - front a little more of a challenge - all in all about 3hrs and a few good knuckle scrapes.
Driving impressions - I love them so far - much smoother ride than I was expecting - I came from a 300ZX with suspension that could shake the fillings from your mouth so I was unsure of what to expect.
I ran out of time so I'm planning on fine tuning the ride height tommorrow some time - initial thoughts are that the back is too high, the front too low![Smile](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Pics attached WARNING>> DIRTY CAR! If it gets above 40 tommorrow I might wash it. We had snow yesterday..in April..
Anyway, couldn't be happier right now - - time to start planning for the next mod![Smile](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

For anyone planning an install this pic shows the rear with 2 1/4 inches of thread on the c/o showing and 3 1/2 showing on the front. The write-up I followed for the install showed about 2 inches of thread - I failed to take into account the difference in brand (I think they were H&R) Anyway after putting it all back together the front end was sitting on the ground at 2" threads - adjusting these by 1 1/2 inches after the install is not fun..

I'm planning to install Sunday. I assembled my fronts with 3 1/4 inches of threads showing initially. Hoping that will give about a 25 5/8 ride height up front.
Oh, almost forgot. Are those the GTs from Startup Racing?
