Want to compile a master Audi Dealership spreadsheet with your rating...(edited)
Please send me an email with the dealership(s) you have experience with and give them a rating of:
5- would highly recommend
4- good dealership
3- ok if no other available dealership
2- wouldn't recommend
1- Stay away from these guys!
Please let me know if you are rating their sales department, or service department.
Be sure to include city and state.
I'll make a spreadsheet and put it on my website and/or here on Audiworld. Thanks.

Steve...break it down to sales vs. service........
the rating system is too vague. Im not looking to create more work for you, I applaud your effort. I wonder if consumers have access to the ratings that we give over the phone to whoever, after a service visit?

Superb... McKenna Audi (& Porsche, BMW)
I recently bought my 2002 A6 4.2 from McKenna Audi in Norwalk, CA.
My situation was unusual in that I bought the car unseen and had to rely on the staff to spot check it (make sure everything worked), package it up and ship it to me here in Hawaii. Communication was excellent, all documents were sent to me expeditiously via DHL overnight.
Superb service, anticipation of my needs and questions, and great initiative/answers/and pricing. I cannot recommend these folks enough.
