The warm up time for our Turbos is really annoying...

once your oil needle moves off the 150 mark, you can do a little (m)
more than you are. just don't do alotta WOT and revs over, let's say 4500-5000, before it's up to operating temps.

I baby her until the temp is in normal range, then keep rev's below 4500 until the oil temp is in range, then just lay on it and listen to the turbo's spool up, gosh I love that sound...
