Default once your oil needle moves off the 150 mark, you can do a little (m)

more than you are. just don't do alotta WOT and revs over, let's say 4500-5000, before it's up to operating temps.

I baby her until the temp is in normal range, then keep rev's below 4500 until the oil temp is in range, then just lay on it and listen to the turbo's spool up, gosh I love that sound...

Default Leave your home 15 mins earlier...

I changed my commute route for JUST warming up my S4. It used to be 15 minutes commute, now it takes at least 30 minutes.

Takes forever for the e46 to warm up too, and it lowers the rev limiter until it does
