Warning light: Service in 1100 Miles

Warning light: Service in 1100 Miles
My high mileage 2000 B5 S4 Tip has a brake light warning - I presume a bulb is out. It has a 2nd warning: service in 1100 miles. Any suggestions as to what this 2nd light means? Thanks!

Do not take your S4 to an AUDI dealer. They will harass your ear drums with some idiotic numbers
Its just saying that your car needs to be in service soon. You can ignore that or make it disappear by pressing one of the **** for couple of seconds... Im not so sure on how to do it because I always take it to the shop and they remove the service light for me. Just google "how to turn off service warning in AUDI" you might find quicker answer there
