I need to speak with the service manager tomorrow to get the official denial but my service advisor said the technicians said that the AoA warranty specialist denied my turbo replacement.
Has anyone dealt with this before? Who should my lawyer contact?

(ie, once its been denied with Audi of America involved, it'll come up that way at other dealers too)
Best to try to talk directly to the people at Audi, get the dealer out of the middle.

It's really ashame, we pay so much money for these cars (and yeh part of the upfront price is for good service + warranty)and we have to put up with crap like this. This is complete bs on the AOA rep's part.
