WARRANTY DENIED BECAUSE OF CAT-BACK??? Someone please help

Default WARRANTY DENIED BECAUSE OF CAT-BACK??? Someone please help

I need to speak with the service manager tomorrow to get the official denial but my service advisor said the technicians said that the AoA warranty specialist denied my turbo replacement.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Who should my lawyer contact?

Go to another dealership with the stock one on if not get a lawer.

Ask them to document how a cat-back can damage your turbos.

Default Supposedly once its in the "system", it'll come up with any dealer...

(ie, once its been denied with Audi of America involved, it'll come up that way at other dealers too)

Best to try to talk directly to the people at Audi, get the dealer out of the middle.

Default This is beyond stupid...good luck man

It's really ashame, we pay so much money for these cars (and yeh part of the upfront price is for good service + warranty)and we have to put up with crap like this. This is complete bs on the AOA rep's part.

Default which looks great on paper but not as easy to fight out

magnusson-moss warranty act just gives you your rights. Sadly, fighting for them is a whole other deal

I agree..put the stock ones back on & go to a differant dealership.
