WARRANTY DENIED - NON-CHIPPED S4
I was driving my car to work the other day and noticed smoke in my rear view mirror so I took the car straight home, being that I was 1/2 mile away.
I got a call from the dealer letting me know that they won't pay for the broken turbo and cat that had a melt down.
I have an exhaust system, p-flo and wheels. I specifically did not get a chip so I don't void the warranty and what do you know, it's voided regardless.
I really did not expect this from Audi.
If anyone has any info for me, it would be greatly appreciated.

Fight it... talk to AoA directly, if that doesn't work, talk to a lawyer...
Worse case, they'll make you sign a document legally stating that you were not chipped at any point in the past. That way, if they discover in the future that you were lying, they can sue you for the cost.

i think best is you go reason with them first again...be nice...
althought they are *******s..but maybe there's just some misunderstanding of the problem.
I would like to think they are a-holes...but often they are not trying to be..just happens to be in certain situations caused by misunderstanding.
if all else fails, contact other dealership around then AoA. I doubt this has to be taken to court since you seem to have the edge here when comes to justice.
