GOOD LUCK fighting that. Like I said, you should not have a problem in the end. Did you buy the car used? If so, is there a possibility it was chipped before you owned it?

I can't imagine how either would cause your turbos to fail. Ask to speak directly to the area rep from AoA, he can authorize the warranty work.

...good luck ever applying the Magnusson-Moss Act to your specific claim in court. Your real claim is breach of contract and warranty, governed by normal contract law, and hopefully supplemented in your particular state by a consumer protection statute which may require you to jump through extra hoops but gives you extra teeth in the process.
