If I remember correctly, you had some stereo work (upgrading your BOSE speakers, I think, right?) done at Sound Solutions in Chantilly. I wanted to know (if you do not mind me asking) what you had done, the approximate cost, and your point of contact there. I am expecting delivery on my S4 in late Aug or early Sept and I want to get some work done also. Lastly, were you satified with the work they did? You can answer here or send me an e-mail. Focal Bora 5.25" up front. They have a new name for these now. I dunno what they're called. a/d/s/ 12" dvc sub in a box in the trunk, and an xtant amp (603x I believe). Rear factory speakers are removed. The tweeters are mounted down low, in the factory kick panels.

Talk to Chris Nuttly. Good guy, and they did a nice job. I bought the sub and front speaks elsewhere, and the amp from them. If you can afford it, get the xtant. Unbelievably clean.

All said and done, it was about $1800. I got the parts for real cheap off the net.

It's tough choosing stereo parts, and it's a very subjective thing on what's "good". Come have a listen if you like. The shop is only 10 minutes away from me. Just email me sometime.
