Haven't most gas stations pulled their tanks in the last 3-4 years due to changed EPA and state regs. on underground storage tanks ? It seems like everytime a gas station in NY gets sold/changes operators, the place shuts down for a few weeks while the tanks are pulled and replaced.

I should have bought a backhoe 15 years ago. I'd be retired now....

A friend of mine used to work for Exxon as a petroleum engineer and they tested their competitor's premium. They rated Texaco's the best with Exxon and Amoco near the bottom. This test was done about ten years ago so I don't know how good that info is anymore.<p>Andrew Lee
