Ummm... He said it was a Ford Crown Vic... No Chevy 350, LT1, LS1, or whatever you were thinking.

Default I'm calling total BS on your story. You're trying to get a reaction out of people...

I think you made it all up. FYI, the Crown Vic Police Interceptor has a 4.6L V8 and is a complete pig, especially with all the police equipment (4,000+lbs). They run mid to high 16's. Even a stock S4 in limp mode should be faster than that.

Default hmmm....my buddy had a maroon/red crown vic chase him on his gsxr750....

on the nj parkway from around exit 138ish to 160ish...he was flying at about 160-170, 90 thru ez pass and the crown vic was about 80ft away and couldn't lose him. Now im pretty good friends with him and I trust him on the story(I had to pick him up around rt 4 that night, he left his bike up ther). the usual interceptor package is just better suspension, cams and a few little things, but some of them a supercharged. They may be slow in the 1/4 mile, but once they start rolling im sure they could haul ***.

Default Its not BS, why would I write out that I lost to him....

Think about it.. if I wanted to make up a BS story, I would have said something like... I was driving on I5, and this brand new MB CL65 pulled up on me, and I smoked it... dude, get real, I just wanted to know what is up with the Ford CVPI..

Even with a blower a police cruiser won't do 160. Not enough power for its aerodynamics

His cruiser must have some serious gearing to pull that off
