None of them are supercharged and none have hotter cams. They all roll off the same assembly line with the same Police Interceptor Package... Click the link to find out what that package includes.
Could a department supercharge one of their Crown Vics or put cams in it? I'm sure it's possible, although I've never seen this before in my life. But I do always hear rumors of this kinda crap and it's always untrue. Even if the pig WERE supercharged (which I highly doubt), it would still be considerably slower than a GSXR-750. LOL, dude that's an easy low 10 second bike with the right rider. I'll bet you dollars to donuts the only way your buddy got caught is because he can't ride to save his life and was slowing down for all those little turns on the GSP. So even if he hit 165-170 on the straights, he probably slowed down to 80-90 for those little turns, while the state trooper, who probably knows the road like the back of his hand, stayed in it around them @ WOT. Big difference if your buddy takes the turns at 80-90 or whatever and the cop takes them at 120-130. Would certainly make it SEEM like the cruiser is a lot faster than it actually is... That's the most likely scenario, because we all know a Crown Vic can barely hit 130 with that god awful light bar. LOL.

Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor Package Equipment

interesting as saying you lost to a police cruiser. Why? Because everyday we hear about people making such claims. LOL.

actually sponsored by Nitrous express and some others. The car has more than 400whp before the juice. I think its in this months GM High Tech magazine. I've heard about the car word of mouth and saw it driving once, but didn't know it was really true til I saw the mag.

Either that car was blown or you can't even drive well in a straight line. A stock S4 should kill it. Never mind the handling (if you know how to drive).
