Watch out for this seller on EBAY.de
His ebay name Audi80s2 on ebay.de.
He said he would ship to USA. But when my bank requested additional information for the funds transfer to his bank, he would not give me the information.
I only asked for the address of his bank. For those of you who have transfered funds oversees this is a requirement both at banks and on C2it online transfer.
He stopped reponding to my email altogether. I tried the Squaretrade on ebay to get him to respond, but he would not repond to them either.
Then he tries to get Ebay to remove me because he told them I was not paying. I had to send Ebay all my email sent to him and received from him. It showed them he was not responding to my emails.
Ebay ruled in my favor.
This guy then waits until the 90 days for feedback are almost up, and then leaves me negative feedback. I could not repond or leave him negative, because the 90 days had gone by.
So I am just posting this so you guys can watch out for this individual and don't bid on his stuff.

No offense, should have worked the C2IT questions with him b/f you bid.
I have done this a few times now and it is always tricky/risky. Send them the C2IT form before-hand next time to make sure they are comfortable with it or do a wire transfer. Most people I have worked with in DE are ok(so far). One purchase I made had UPS double bill me and that user went out of his way to drive to a UPS office 250KM away to help me correct the issue since UPS could not verify payment in DE as well.
