Found water today on the passenger side floor, carpet is definitely wet!
Is this a common problem, has anyone else had this happen? I know it's wet up here but dayyumm!
Thoughts? A/C related? Something clogged?
Any help appreciated, summer is a long way off!

Radiator fluid runs through a heat exancher called the heater core. One of your lines either in or out of the core must have broken. It's a biotch to fix so take it to your dealer ASAP and make sure to keep a watchful eye on your radiator fluid level.

completely wrapped around the wires passing through the firewall, you're gonna see water.
Many alarm and stereo installs cause this by running cables through the firewall, and not sealing the area around those cables properly.

Some cars are a b!tch to clear, others are easy. Not sure about the S4. Call you service dept.
One way to isolate it is to dry the floor completely then run without the A/C compressor on. If it stays dry, it is most likely the A/C drain line. If you reengage the A/C and it gets wet again, you have the culprit.
