weekend repost - coilover and jacking advice please
Well, I'm raising my coilovers this weekend for the upcoming Michigan winter. My questions are as follows -
1. How do I raise the coilovers? I have the 2 wrenches supplied, but I have not seen any process detailed. I'm assuming that it will be obvious once I take of the wheel, but I wanted to post here and make sure. Also, what do your recommend I apply to the threads to prevent corrosion etc.?
2. I have a 3 ton shop jack, but I don't know safe points on the car. Obviously, there are the points to use wth the audi jack, but the shop jack is larger - about a 5 inch diameter circle.
