A little of both. I met this guy and I have to say...he's the cockiest and most arrogant person I've

ever come across. I genuinely dislike him - And that's unusual for me as most people know me as being very friendly.

If there's anyone to blame, it's his bad attitude and personality.

I have a lawyer. It won't be a problem getting the deposit back - And the dealership isn't putting

up a fuss.
