Default I've always made a point of running exactly as I drive the car normally...

Spare tire, gas in the tank as-is, tires inflated to street pressure, etc. But for my next 104 run, I will at least run on a near empty tank. My spare, rim and tire only weigh 33 lbs, but I'll probably try without it as well. Next Wednesday, weather permitting.

Now, if I could just lose some weight (6', 230lbs)...

I weigh 210 myself. If I was 150 damn.
