Went with vast performance clutch...not too happy...more inside and advise please....
For those who haven't read my past posts, When I launch hard the clutch seems to slip, and is undrivable, until I let it cool down for 10-20min...
And for those who are going to just write STFA, I did and want more specific info...Thanks for the advice.
Anyways....
It is going to be checked out sometime this week, but I think I am going to replace it with something more aggressive. I was thinking Clutchmasters Stage 4, but not sure if I want to go 4 puck or 6 puck? I don't drive the S4 too often so when I do drive it, I am kind of hard on it. I Go the drag strip maybe twice a year. What do you guys think? Any other clutch kits you recommend? Thank you AudiWorlders!

Did you break the clutch in ?
I to do track events around 2 times a year. I however go to the dragstrip, about 4-5 a year, around 10 runs each time. Stock Clutch, launch around 4200, never once had it slip on me.
Only thing i can think of besides a defective clutch is, that it was properly broken in.

I went to the strip last night just to get a feel of the car and smoked my new RS4 clutch....
I was looking on the Vast Kevlar clutch for an upgrade but I guess I have to look somewhere else.
