Pedal feel is lighter, grab is great. I had somce concerns as it wouldn't fully disengage when first installed, So I just pulled it back out and replaced all the parts for the clutch actuation which strangly fixed it. I say strange because the parts looked visually to be okay with the exception of the clutch fork which may or may not have been dimpled an extra mm or 2. That little bit may have been my problem as the clutch feels great now, releases without giving me issues at high RPM, and grabs enough to break the tires loose again. I am a firm believer in OEM parts because they are usually more developed, but I have issue with the SAC on the factory clutches and with the latest rash of others having recent (last 8 months) issues I personally would recommend the Clutch Masters over OEM. BTW I got mine by calling the the # on the ebay ads and talking directly with Jason who is a distributor.

mechanical failure, not wear issue. In that time I launched it at least 20-30 times, good enough for 1.7-1.8 60's at times. Only 3 times did I have what you've experienced happen. One time was after running it hard on the street and I over launched it, knew when it happened. It glazed and super heated the PP which is fussy about such things. After it cooled and had a few miles back under it, it was fine. A while after I had two of my cousins slip the clutch too hard trying to power shift and in their excitement they weren't getting their foot fully off the pedal. I could hear it when they did it both times and told them to back off. My experience has been that If you launch at 4k and don't let it slip then it won't get too hot. Back to back launches are another no no on the that PP imo as well. I always had about 15-30 min cool downs between launches. If you Do sucessive launches at lights I'd guess the PP will over heat losing its clamping force. If you do it too much my guess is that you'd risk losing its clamping force permanently.
