Default i'd say with a 24 spike there is nothing at all positive happening to your k03s.
for example's sake: they're probably feeling the same way a fat chick does after the initial 5 minutes of sex. (don't know from experience but i assume... correct me if i'm wrong) go get yourself a nice import model(aka bigger turbo) and she'll run all day at those speeds =D
