What is all this crap on my car? Is it from the factory installed cell-phone kit?

What is all this crap on my car? Is it from the factory installed cell-phone kit?
My old S4 didn't have any of this stuff. There are 4 things here: the cell phone cradle, the box thing in front passenger side footwell, the little mic-like thing attached below the instrument cluster, and the patch-antenna like thing attached to the rear window. What are each of these and how do I remove? I have a hard time beleving they are factory since there is wiring everywhere and you can see that the passenger front side footwell trim has been cracked from where the wiring was installed. The car did have the cellphone kit option, but I don't know what that means.

i have some of the same **** in mine, i used the cell phone cradle for
a hard wire with a sirius stiletto, looks pretty good. if you take the whole thing out your gonna have holes(obviously) the place that did my install said they have a place that can patch it up and is 100% unnoticable. i had everything else removed minus the speaker box and michrophone. but mine are in diffrent spots and look fine

it looks like 1/2 of the cell antenae... The other part was probably
glued outside the window. They normally would be installed higher and center for better reception and better esthetics. That's a hack install if I've ever seen one.
