Default buy them, or take it to a competent local shop

B5 S4's are project cars, imo. Wrench on your own, or pay big $$ for someone else to wrench for you. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but unfortunately that's how it goes.

drive the car for a couple days then check 032.

Default yea, found this out after i bought the car haha....

but i really dont mind doing SOME wrenching myself. however, i'd probably rather pay someone else to do the pressure and smoke testing unless the parts are somewhat easily accessible do you have a link to what i need to do the smoke test?

Default PS, that log was a cold start. the misfires improve when it warms up but not by much

would it be worth it to replace all 6 SP? only 2 wre replaced before. Should i gap them? they are stock NGKs and i am soon to be stage II+. let me know if there are any more blocks to log. i will log 32 tomorrow or possibly tonight if i feel like it.

they sit on top of the airbox. swap them 2 see if misfires swap banks

the majority of the misfires are on 4 5 and 6. 1 2 and 3 misfire on cold start though

Default swap ignition amps on top of airbox and see of the maj. of misfires move to 1,2,3...

double check the ign. amp connectors for damage too.
