Whatever you want :) You can run pure toluene if you really want...
but toluene is 114octane (R+M/2), so you can do the math 
if you can't do the math, then a simple example is:
pump = 91 octane
you want = 95 octane
you'll need about 3 gallons of toluene per tank (~17%)
here's the formula:
pump_octane * (1-x) + toluene_octane * x = desired_octane
in this case:
91(1-x) + 114x = 95
solve for x, and you have
x = 0.173913
or, 17.39% ;-)
tank is roughtly 16.5 gallons (I think), so 17.39% of 16.5 is 2.87 gallons
