Default lol .. multiple misfires would be the first thing to see.
and if that's the case put some "octane booster" - couple bottles there or some toluene

My car won't start whenever it gets to 1/4 tank. I think have a 1/4 tank of f'ed up gas in the tank

Default I don't think that could be it, since all the gas would mix while driving.
So if you have any "bad" gas in there, it would all be bad.

If I drive the car it acts fine. When Iturn it off it won't start past 1/4 tank
