What coilovers to put on the S4???

Difference in price...probably due to tuning/testing, and better parts.
I don't know the details of shock construction, but I'll bet good money that Stasis uses a better shock than you'll find in most other coilover kits. The remaining difference probably reflects the time Stasis spends tuning their suspension kits.
