what is the difference between the Borla/Neuspeed exhaust, the Borla exhasut and the Neuspeed...TIA

From what I have heard there is some changes coming around..............
Neuspeed was made by borla (contract work I guess). The finish was different on the Neuspeed's rear muffler, it was polished where as borla only has polished tips.
The name is engraved on the top of tips but you can't even see either of them unless you really get down there.
When I tried to buy a Neuspeed exhaust 2 months ago everyone was out, mainly due to its cheaper price. But the batch was reportedly not coming from Borla anymore. Neuspeed acquired another company (company ?) to make their exhausts. THis is what I heard from Greedspeed and they are pretty closely tied with the Neuspeed company.
In my opinion, they are both so similar (old ones) that I would base your preference off of price. If they are the same then the neuspeeds finished quality should win it over.
