Not a whole lot...the catch point is way lower...mailnly because it is a new clutch. They are a bit more of a heavy duty clutch so it can withstand a bit more abuse...other than that nothing. Except that you can now say you have an RS4 clutch in your car. BTW get your flywheel resurfaced!

My clutch is going and I will get a new flywheel and labor under warranty.
I pay for the RS4 clutch and put the new stocker on ebay and classifieds.
Is it worth it for $500 to get a RS4 clutch?

actually i have driven rs4 and a worn stock back to back (not bad, just normal 30k mile use)
and the rs4 is deffinately stiffer, catches sooner, and grabs harder....not a huge difference, but there is a difference...
