Seats, front bumper, rear valance, side skirts, engine, trans, brakes, suspension, wheels.

Default the chassis is mostly seam welded in the S4...

...also, you get that front upper strut bar stock (i think it was sport package only on the B5 A4's).

Early S4's (2000) had Aluminum front uprights. A4's were always steel.

Suspension/Brakes are totally different. We'll ignore the drivetrain. Steering rack is different. Front wheel bearings are different. I'm sure there are other things.

It's about as similar as an M3 is to a 3 series. There are obvious differences (body panels and motor) then there are less obvious things (control arms and bushings).
