What does anyone think of the Pirelli P7000 Supersports ? Anyone using them ?

I want a performance tire that lasts more than 10,000 miles! My car has about 20,000 miles on it now and probably half of that was on my snow tires.
I realise S-03s, P-Zeros, Pilot Sports are good performance tires but all have poor tread life so I have been told.
Thanks.

I have the A/S. They also make a P7000 summer tire.
I have a review at the link below.<ul><li><a href="http://mywebpages.comcast.net/njdsm/Tires.html">http://mywebpages.comcast.net/njdsm/Tires.html</a</li></ul>

I got rid of them after "only" 9,000 miles. I say "only" because they looked like they were new - they would probably last over 20K miles. The tire place was loading them into my trunk and I told them to get rid of them. The noise got so loud I was getting headaches.
From a performance stand-point, they are okay in the dry and not-so-good in the wet.

The P7000 SS were on my A4. I replaced those with Dunlop SP9000's which I liked very much. Performance in the dry and wet were excellent and they were only slightly louder than the stock SP8000's (16").
I am currently running Toyo T1-S's in 235/40-18 on my S4. I have 10K miles on them including 1 track event and I expect them to last another 5K miles of regular street driving.

I wouldn't consider them performance tires either. The dry handling isn't that great, and wet handling is worse. The noise was too much for me, and I too got rid of them early.
The tread life of the Pilot Sports isn't that bad. I've head of them lasting 20k+.
