What does a blown turbo sound like?

correction
I got in my car again, and i realized it sounds like that, but more low pitched and like something is rubbing at the same time. So maybe it isn't the turbo? I have never heard a noise like this before.

does it go away when you step on it or does it get even louder?
if it fades away, i'd say its just spool up and you might have nothing to worry about. but if it gets louder as boost increases you may be SOL... thats a blown turbo. hopefully you have number 1, but if not, get your wallet ready to be raped
