What does the valve next to the N75 valve do. When car is at idle it ticks real loud and then will

stop for a minute, then tick again. Is it an emissions thing?

Yes, its a solenoid for the activated charcoal system. If you want a good reference

for our engines, I have a great .pdf file I can send you.
