What exactly do you get with the city light wiring harness for euros?

What exactly do you get with the city light wiring harness for euros?
Does it eliminate the need to splice wires? Just picked up a used set of euros and tryig to figure out the wiring.

You'll still need to splice wires...
Depends on the kit you get, but at the very least it'll come with wire connectors you tap into a power source so that you can power up the city lights.
