I've dealt with them via someone who hit my parked honda who was insured with them. Excellent customer service (even for someone not insured with them) and my claim was carried out, my damage was appraised, and I got my check within 48 hours!... amazing.

Another good company is USAA. They gave me excellent rates and my current claim during a recent accident has been carried out headache-free so far.<p><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/AudiWorldPics/2000/larryescortsig.jpg">

Luckily, my wife is a former ROTC, and we have great rates and service though USAA. My insurance is $480 every 6 months.

I'm currently using Mercury...my last claim consisted of a call to an agent went something like this:

Mercury: Do you have a preferred body shop?
Me: Yes, brand X.
Mercury: Ok.

I'm very happy with Mercury's service and their rates were the lowest I could find. Good stuff.
