What are the issues of buying used coilovers?

I'm looking at a set of H&R Streets off a 2000 which I would put on my 2001. They're supposed to have 8K on them, and no leaks.

Just to verify, the H&R Streets ARE adjustable, right? Also, there is no difference between 2000 and 2001, right?
