what are the odds my car has a leaking dipstick tube?
I'm leaking oil on the front of the engine, seems to be right where the dipstick tube goes into the engine. I can see that the oil is able to get on to the lowest pully (mabe spraying?)but isnt any higher. What are the odds that it is just the oil dipstick tube and not the upper oil pan gasket?

i don't think it's that ..there isn't pressure there ..
if that would be the problem it would just leak on the bottom and not get on the pulley (the tube only has an O ring on it) ..
